Sake Caliente ‘Sake Workshop’ at Brooklyn Kura

We spent a fantastic evening at @brooklynkura for Sake Caliente’s first ‘Sake Workshop’ event! We sampled 4 types of @nanbubijin 'Yuzo Special’ sakes both warm and room temperature. Yuzo Kuji is an expert at producing sake that is meant to be enjoyed warm. There was also a special Umami Butter themed dinner that was provided for pairing.
